Municipal Council Property Tax Regulations Order No.19 of 1993.

To prescribe regulations for the assessment and levying of Municipal Property Tax.

This order outlines the formalities of officers responsible for collecting and collating information on property taxes in the vicinity of Port Vila.

This Order also gives direction to the officers of the Evaluation Unit of the Council and safeguards their welfare in carrying out their duties.
